JOHNSON COUNTY RURAL ELECTRIC MEMBERSHIP CORPORATION AND DUKE ENERGY INDIANA, LLC
NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE CHANGE IN BOUNDARY LINES
Johnson County Rural Electric Membership Corporation (“Johnson County REMC”) and DUKE ENERGY INDIANA, LLC (“Duke Energy Indiana”) hereby give notice that on August 15, 2025, a Joint Petition was filed with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for approval to modify service area boundaries between Johnson County REMC and Duke Energy Indiana associated with residential developments including the Scottsdale subdivision in Bargersville, Indiana and the Pleasant Creek housing development in New Whiteland, Indiana, located on U.S.G.S. Facet Maps P-19-1-Al and O-19-1-A2 in Johnson County, Indiana pursuant to Ind. Code§ 8-1-2.3-6.
