Annual Meeting

Our Annual Meeting is a time for JCREMC members to celebrate the prior year’s accomplishments and look forward to the future. The meeting will take place on April 18, 2026. It will include breakfast, entertainment, Board of Directors election, cash prizes, and the yearly cooperative business meeting. Go to the Annual Meeting page to learn more.

Community Programs

Our company has been here for the community since 1935. One of the ways we support our community is through scholarships, youth programs, and Operation Round-Up (ORU) grants. ORU applications are open the months of April and October. Go to our Community Programs page to learn more or apply.

DUKE ENERGY INDIANA, LLC (“Duke Energy Indiana”) and Johnson County Rural Electric Membership Corporation (“Johnson County REMC”) hereby give notice that on March 16, 2026, a Joint Petition was filed with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for approval to modify service area boundaries between Duke Energy Indiana and Johnson County REMC associated with certain areas located within the Honey Creek Farms subdivision in Greenwood, Indiana located on U.S.G.S. Facet Map O-19-1 in Johnson County, Indiana pursuant to Ind. Code § 8-1-2.3-6.
