Single-Phase Time of Use – Schedule

Availability

Available in all territory served by the Corporation, in accordance with Corporate Service Rules and Regulations.

Applicability

Applicable as an optional rate only for single-phase service and use incidental thereto supplied through one meter to each individual dwelling unit. In general, motors having a rated capacity in excess of ten horsepower (10 h.p.) should be a three-phase service. The Corporation’s Engineering department must approve any variances.

Type of Service

Single-phase, 60 hertz at 120/240 or 240/480 volts

Monthly Rate

Facility Charge (<600 amp):$34.75 per month
Facility Charge (>=600 amp):$39.75 per month
On-Peak Energy (Summer):$0.32645 per kWh*
On-Peak Energy (Winter):$0.25145 per kWh*
Off-Peak Energy:$0.07325 per kWh*
Super Off-Peak Energy:$0.05425 per kWh*

*The on and off-peak energy charges include the distribution delivery charge of $0.01145 per kWh. 

Determination of On-Peak and Off-Peak Energy

On-Peak:

Summer:

For the months of June through August, On-Peak Energy shall be all kilowatt-hours used during the period 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) – Monday through Friday.

Winter: For the months of December through February, On-Peak Energy shall be all kilowatt-hours used during the periods 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. EST – Monday through Friday.

Off-Peak:

Off-Peak Energy shall be all kilowatt-hours used during the period 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. daily, except for on-peak hours as described above.

Super Off-Peak:

Super Off-Peak Energy shall be all kilowatt-hours used during the period from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. daily.

Minimum Monthly Charge

The minimum monthly charge shall be the Facility Charge.

Rate Adjustments

The above rates are subject to rate adjustments stated in Appendix A.

This schedule is applicable to charges and other terms of service outlined in Appendix B.
