Single Phase Service
Single-Phase Service – Schedule SPS1
Availability
Available in all territory served by the Corporation, in accordance with Corporate Service Rules and Regulations.
Applicability
Applicable to all consumers with up to and including 100 kVA of transformer capacity, receiving single phase service supplied through one meter to an individual premise. In general, motors having a rated capacity in excess of ten horsepower (10 h.p.) should be a three-phase service. The Corporation’s Engineering department must approve any variances.
Type of Service
Single-phase, 60 hertz at 120/240 or 240/480 volts.
Monthly Rate

| Energy Charge from 11:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.: | $0.09030 per kWh* |
| Energy Charge from 5:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m.: | $0.11335 per kWh* |
* The energy rate from 11:00pm – 5:00am is considered “super off-peak” while the rate during the hours of 5:00am – 11:00pm is considered the “standard rate”. The hours follow the prevailing time zone in effect (Eastern Standard Time or Eastern Daylight Time).
Minimum Monthly Charge
The minimum monthly charge shall be the Facility Charge.
Rate Adjustments
The above rates are subject to rate adjustments stated in Appendix A.
Other Charges and Terms of Service
This schedule is applicable to charges and other terms of service outlined in Appendix B.
Renewable Energy Certificates
Renewable Energy Certificates (REC’s) are authorized to be purchased by members assigned to this rate schedule as summarized in Appendix C.
