The Nominating Committee for Johnson County Rural Electric Membership Corporation has been appointed for the 2022 Annual Meeting to be held April 2, 2022. The committee members are listed below by district. In accordance with the bylaws, the Nominating Committee will meet on September 14, 2021 to consider and nominate the director candidates to be on the ballot at the 2022 Annual Meeting. Applications are due no later than 10 days prior to the advertised date of the Nominating and Credentials Committee meeting.

DUKE ENERGY INDIANA, LLC (“Duke Energy Indiana”) and Johnson County Rural Electric Membership Corporation (“Johnson County REMC”) hereby give notice that on March 16, 2026, a Joint Petition was filed with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for approval to modify service area boundaries between Duke Energy Indiana and Johnson County REMC associated with certain areas located within the Honey Creek Farms subdivision in Greenwood, Indiana located on U.S.G.S. Facet Map O-19-1 in Johnson County, Indiana pursuant to Ind. Code § 8-1-2.3-6.
