If separate metering is not possible, service will be places on the EVPRS rate if total charging capacity is greater than the demand of all other loads tied to the meter. If EV charging capacity is less than the demand of all other loads, the appropriate time of use rate will apply for a single-phase or multi-phase application.

c. Customer will own and maintain any EV chargers.

d. In cases of EV charging loads in excess of 500kVA, JCREMC reserves the right to analyze impact of the load on the electric circuit and distribution system to determine if additional capacity requirements may be necessary.  In these cases, JCREMC reserves the right to implement special contract terms and pricing to mitigate any potential infrastructure requirements or loading issues.
