Duke Energy Indiana, LLC (“Duke Energy Indiana”) and Johnson County Rural Electric Membership Corporation (“Johnson County REMC”) hereby give notice that on March 16, 2026, a Joint Petition was filed with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for approval to modify service area boundaries between Duke Energy Indiana and Johnson County REMC associated with certain areas located within the Honey Creek Farms subdivision in Greenwood, Indiana located on U.S.G.S. Facet Map O-19-1 in Johnson County, Indiana pursuant to Ind. Code § 8-1-2.3-6.
