JCREMC shares unclaimed capital credits list

In accordance with the bylaws, JCREMC plans to write off any capital credits that remain unclaimed for a period of 2 years following the attempted payment by the cooperative to a member or former member. As of Feb 3, 2026, members will have 90 days to claim any unclaimed capital credits for stated time above. To view the full list of members with remaining unclaimed capital credits that will be affected, click here.
If you are on the list and would like to claim your capital credits, call the JCREMC office at 317-736-6174. After identity verification the capital credits allotted to you will be reimbursed, if eligible.

DUKE ENERGY INDIANA, LLC (“Duke Energy Indiana”) and Johnson County Rural Electric Membership Corporation (“Johnson County REMC”) hereby give notice that on March 16, 2026, a Joint Petition was filed with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission for approval to modify service area boundaries between Duke Energy Indiana and Johnson County REMC associated with certain areas located within the Honey Creek Farms subdivision in Greenwood, Indiana located on U.S.G.S. Facet Map O-19-1 in Johnson County, Indiana pursuant to Ind. Code § 8-1-2.3-6.
