ANNUAL MEETING MINUTES AND VIDEO – APRIL 2018

The annual meeting of Johnson County REMC was held Saturday, April 21, 2018. The theme of our annual meeting this year is “Going the Extra Mile.” No matter what the weather may bring, our mission is always to provide affordable, reliable and safe electricity. We also aim to improve the quality of life in the community we serve. Members that attended enjoyed a hot breakfast, entertainment by The Grascals, a three-time Grammy® nominated musical artists, a gift, prizes, and activities for the kids.
Mr. Gesse asked for a motion from the floor to accept the Nominating Committee report as presented. A motion was made, seconded and carried.
Mr. Gesse introduced Seth Brown, District 2, Steve Shaul, District 3 and Ron Barnett, District 7. Mr. Gesse asked for a motion from the floor to elect by acclamation Seth Brown, Steve Shaul, and Ron Barnett. A motion was made, seconded and carried.
