Safe restoration of service is our priority when an outage occurs. If you experience a power outage, check first for blown fuses or tripped circuit breakers. If these are in order, contact JCREMC 24/7 at 317-736-6174 to report the outage. Outage reporting is also available via the myJCREMC mobile app. JCREMC crews will restore service as soon as they are able to safely do so. Please be patient.

JCREMC is dedicated to keeping members informed about power outages. In addition to unplanned power interruptions, we also provide information regarding large planned outages. A planned outage occurs when we perform line maintenance or upgrades to our system.

JCREMC reminds members to stay away from downed power lines, and to report any adverse conditions you see on our system.
